A Digital Virtual Assistant engineered and tuned to needs of the developmentally disabled community SARA helps assist with the complex processes involved in receiving services through Regional Center Network allowing developmentally disabled consumers communicate with the State of California Department of Developmentally Disabled, Regional Center Agencies personnel, and service vendors while helping families to understand services. This digital tool helps families of individuals with developmental disabilities with decision-making for their loved ones' care, regardless of ethnograpahic background.

The Organization was founded after observations of discrimination against minority vendors who provided services through the Regional Center of the East Bay, resulting in disparaging subpar quality of services.
